1) Creation of company articles of incorporation and acquisition of certification
2) Company location certificate (Domicile Letter)
3) Obtaining a tax number (NPWP)
4) OSS registration
5) Issuance of NIB (Business Basic Number) and IU (Business License)
6) Opening a bank account and paying in capital
7) Depending on the industry, IC/IO (commercial/business license) may be issued after obtaining additional permission.

*It usually takes 2 to 3 months to establish a company, and 1 to 2 months to establish a representative office.

Regarding VISA, the acquisition period and flow differ slightly depending on new acquisition, renewal, and position.
